Experience Healing Arts 2021

FEATURING SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER AND INSTRUCTORS

Move To Heal South Dakota presents Experience Healing Arts 2021. Participate in movement and mindfulness classes throughout the day, including powwow yoga, art + yoga, kids and youth yoga, 7 generations prayer flow, indigenous flow and collective meditations. Read class descriptions here.

You’ll also hear Serene Thin Elk, Behavioral Health Director at SD Urban Indian Health and Co-Founder of Generation Red Road, Inc., talk about culture, mental health and movement and watch a healing performing arts show by Acosia Red Elk, 10 time world champion jingle dancer and an indigenous yoga teacher and facilitator.

Classes will have an intergenerational focus with the goal of cultivating mental health, healing and joy for those who are unable to afford or access these types of classes on a regular basis.

Thank you to our Scholarship Sponsor, Sanford Health, for supporting the accessibility of our events by making it possible for attendees to register using the following code: Sch@larsh@p as needed to attend at no cost.
