Scott Parsons is an international award-winning artist and professor of art at Augustana University. He works in mosaic, terrazzo and art glass. His work is reviewed in Art in America, Sculpture, and Architectural Record. Scott has completed numerous public art commissions across the United States and Canada. His portfolio includes percent-for-art and private commissions for churches, museums, airports, hospitals, research facilities, university buildings and transportation centers. Installed artworks in South Dakota include: the Sioux Falls Regional Airport, Sanford Hospital, Sonia Sotomayor Elementary School, Augustana University, Saint Michaels Catholic Church, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.

Zach DeBoer is a community-based artist working primarily in the field of creative placemaking in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is inspired by the transformative power that art and design can have on the places people live. Zach is passionate about public art integration, creating walkable places, and designing more equitable cities. A multidisciplinary artist, Zach’s past work includes a variety of public murals, tactical urbanism projects, and the organization of dozens of arts and culture events throughout the region. He received his B.F.A. in art education from the University of South Dakota.
