Critically acclaimed southern rock band the Drive-By Truckers return to Sioux Falls Sunday January 28th for their debut performance at the historic Orpheum Theater. DBT first played Sioux Falls September 2016 at The District. Rising roots music star Lilly Hiatt will open for DBT on 1/28.

The Drive-By Truckers have always been outspoken, telling a distinctly American story via craft, character, and concept, all backed by sonic ambition and social conscience. Founded in 1996 by singer/songwriter/
Lilly Hiatt, who will open for DBT, is making a quick return after having supported the Old 97’s recent show at Icon Lounge. Hiatt’s latest album “Trinity Lane” was released this year to widespread praise.
“Gonna hang on a little bit longer, sleep well, work a little harder; put my faith in something I can’t see,” sings Hiatt on the title track of “Trinity Lane.” It’s a set of honest words from an album of personal truths; a collection of songs that take stock of where she’s been, where she’s going and the challenges she’s weathered to get there.
Doors will open at 7 pm on January 28th with Hiatt playing at 8, followed by DBT.
